Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Lead specializing in Multiphysics simulations, including FSI/System coupling using Ansys products. In this role, you will utilize Ansys products to:
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate and execute all activities throughout the sales opportunity such as technical discovery, customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and pilot evaluations for Ansys multi-physics solutions.
Understand the product development challenges faced by customers including various tools and processes being used and guide complex sales engagements into successful outcome
Position and articulate the value of Ansys multi-physics solutions addressing the weakness and challenges in customer’s current process to deliver the expected outcome
Develop example projects, proof of concepts based on the customer use cases and deliver workshop / training
Develop pre-sales materials such as presentation, training, workshop, and video contents
Deliver high-quality post-sales technical support via email and online meetings
Support field and digital marketing by delivering technical contents in events and seminars
Be a recognized multi-physics expert and trusted advisor to customer
Work with customers to ensure successful use of ANSYS products, sustain renewals, and identify opportunities to expand software licenses
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience
Hold an MS/PhD in Engineering (Mechanical/Aerospace).
Have a strong background in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and CFD analysis.
Possess at least 10 years of experience in Multiphysics CFD applications, with a minimum of 5 years using Ansys tools.
Be proficient in Dynamic Mesh with 6-DOF solver, External aerodynamics, and Turbulence. Knowledge of multiphase flows, Hydrodynamics, and explicit dynamics is advantageous.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to conduct webinars and presentations.
Demonstrate a logical problem-solving approach and effectively communicate solutions to customers.
Exhibit a sense of urgency, dedication, strong organizational skills, and follow-up abilities.
Have an engaging personality, engineering curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.
Project a professional image and strong business acumen during customer interactions.
Be willing to travel up to 20%.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Experience working with Fluid Structure Interaction problems including aero fluttering through 2-way FSI.
Experience in Turbomachinery – aero mechanics applications
